We are pleased to present an exhibition and artist talk in conjunction with New York Textile Month of artist and makerspace member, Hilla Shapira.
Advanced Protection is a series of soft talismans and wearable objects by Hilla Shapira. She references Jewish iconographic objects like Judika and spiritual objects alongside body parts, genitalia and menstrual pads. Shapira creates a queer point of view on the term God, as a queer woman from a Jewish orthodox background. By redesigning the objects, Shapira reclaim the religious discourse and sexuality taboos. She questions the language hierarchies of blessing and cursing and the binarc separation between organs and gentiles.

What surprised me about eggy car is how relaxing it feels despite being challenging. The clean visuals and straightforward controls make it easy to pick up for a few minutes without needing to fully focus like competitive games.
By redesigning religious symbols into wearable, soft objects, Shapira challenges established religious authority and social taboos, Pokepath especially those related to sexuality and the body. The artwork ultimately invites viewers to reconsider how meaning, holiness, gender, and bodily identity are defined and separated in traditional discourse.
Hilla Shapira's work sounds so imposter game bold, combining talismans and menstrual pads to challenge religious and sexual norms. Saw this on the train and thought, how does she even get these ideas? Pretty amazing.
Despite its popularity, the wave can also be frustrating. Beginners may struggle with its sensitivity and strict timing, leading to repeated failures. This can sometimes discourage new players from continuing. However, the game geometry dash wave provides tools to help overcome this difficulty. Practice mode allows players to place checkpoints and focus on specific sections, making it easier to learn challenging wave patterns. By breaking the level into smaller parts, players can gradually improve and build confidence.
